Michelle “Queeny” Nalyanya

Michelle, affectionately known as Queeny within the corridors of Future Partners, embarked on her journey with the company as an Administrative Assistant and Social Media Manager. Her knack for efficiently managing a myriad of internal projects soon became evident, leading to her natural progression into an expanded role within the Operations Department. As the Senior Research Operations Manager, Queeny collaborates closely with the Research, Analytics, Product, and Marketing teams. She drives seamless execution of research projects from recruitment through coding, manages client communications and product delivery timelines, and keeps Marketing moving with video production, email campaigns, and social media scheduling.

Before her tenure at Future Partners, Queeny made her mark as an Administrative Assistant at Oracle, where she honed her organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Additionally, she ventured into the realm of live music events as a Production Manager, overseeing various facets of these dynamic experiences.

Queeny holds an Associate’s degree in Communications and Media Studies with a specialization in Marketing, a testament to her commitment to effective communication and strategic thinking. She firmly believes in the power of data-driven decisions and is dedicated to facilitating the smooth flow of information within the organization.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Queeny enjoys exploring her creative side through art, and comedy. She’s also an avid traveler, with a passion for discovering off-the-beaten-path destinations and immersing herself in different cultures. Queeny’s commitment to her work is only rivaled by her love for her friends and family.
