Courtney Foste

Courtney Foste serves as Vice President of Corporate Strategy for Future Partners, focused on the company’s growth. Courtney is a 20+ year hospitality veteran, working at restaurants, hotels, an OTA and consulting before landing at Future Partners in 2021. Originally from Florida, Courtney has called Buffalo home since 2012 and still finds joy in discovering weird and fantastic “only in Buffalo” experiences. When not working, Courtney can be found with her husband playing lawn games, exploring new restaurants or spoiling their two dogs. 

Courtney's passion for puzzles and teamwork fuels her drive to improve the work lives of her colleagues.  

She thrives on researching, testing, and implementing innovative solutions, and she collaborates seamlessly with partners and teams to develop creative and customized research opportunities. 

Courtney loves traveling to Italy with its incredible food, walkable cities and history, but recently visited France for the first time and was overjoyed to see the residents’ widespread and unapologetic love of bread. She studied baking and pastry at Johnson & Wales University in Miami and understanding the effort involved means she must stop and look in every bakery window to admire the bakers’ work. Her favorite trip is the next one.
