Ashley Barfield is an interdisciplinary research professional with over a decade of experience in the academic, private, and public sectors. With a background in behavioral science, she specializes in identifying key insights, trends, and opportunities across multiple data sources, and using them to tell impactful stories and empower strategic planning initiatives. Ashley is also a skilled public speaker and writer who caters communications to different audiences and stakeholders, and has served in multiple senior leadership and project management roles throughout her career.
Growing up in Colorado inspired Ashley’s lifelong love of the great outdoors and travelling to explore them. An avid cruiser, her favorite trip to date has been an Alaskan Cruisetour she took in 2024. Ashley is also a passionate lover of animals, and currently has five (yes, five) rescue cats keeping her on her toes at home.
